AXENTBOX CLUB – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The AxentBox Club Program (hereinafter referred to as "The Program") is a loyalty program that provides customers of the online store and the official stores of AxentBox, Marc O'Polo and ESPRIT in Bulgaria the use of special privileges described in "Levels in the Program ” in these General Terms and Conditions.
Organizer: The Program is organized and handled by “Apparel Management” Ltd., UIC 200932857, with registered office and address of general management: 1618 Sofia, 85 Bratia Bukston Blvd., 2nd floor; “Apparel” Ltd., UIC 131209112, with registered office and address of general management: 1618 Sofia, 85 Bratia Bukston Blvd., 2nd floor; “Apparel Retail” Ltd., UIC 200935807, with registered office and address of general management: 1618 Sofia, 85 Bratia Bukston Blvd., 2nd floor; and „Apparel Retail MOP” Ltd., UIC 200933731, with registered office and address of general management 1618 Sofia, 85 Bratia Bukston Blvd., 2nd floor (henceforth called “Organizer”).
Participants: A participant in the AxentBox Club Loyalty Program, hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "Client", can be any person over 18 years who is a customer of Axentbox, Marc O’Polo and ESPRIT. Registration in each store automatically gives access to the respective privileges in the following stores:
- www.axentbox.bg;
- Marc O’Polo - Serdika Center;
- Marc O’Polo - The Mall;
- Marc O’Polo - Delta Planet Mall Varna;
- ESPRIT - Bulgaria Mall;
- ESPRIT - The Mall;
- ESPRIT - Park Center;
- ESPRIT - Delta Planet Mall Varna.
Accumulation of points: Every BGN 1 of the final amount upon completion of a purchase in the above-mentioned retail stores gives 1 point, which is automatically accumulated to the Customer's balance. Each point has a validity period of 1 year from the date of purchase. After the expiration of this period, the points are automatically written off the balance of the Client.
Each level entitles the Client to use a certain discount and/or other privileges, described in detail below. The level the Client is in is automatically determined by the system based on his current balance of accumulated valid points, and it is possible to move to a higher level, to keep the current level or to move to a lower level. When the level is changed to a higher one, the club privileges are retained for a period of 1 (one) year, regardless of the automatic write-off of points with their expiration. The transition to a higher level is automatic when reaching the appropriate balance of points. Within a purchase, regardless of its value, it is possible to go up only one level.
The club discount is not added to other general promotions and discounts. The system automatically selects and applies the largest discount.
Levels of the Program:
Level 1 – "BRONZE": It’s available to every Customer who wishes to participate in the Program and has made a purchase in the online store at www.axentbox.bg and/or in the official stores of AxentBox, Marc O'Polo and ESPRIT . The privileges at this level are:
• Participation in club events, including "VIP DAYS"* and "Private Sale"**;
• Subscription for e-newsletters and/or SMS;
• Free length adjustment when it does not change the style of the garment. It can be ordered only upon purchase in the physical stores of the Organizer;
• Accumulation of the amount of each purchase on the Participant's balance, which provides the opportunity of moving to a higher level.
Each Participant has the opportunity to move to "SILVER" level upon reaching a balance of 1001 active points within a maximum of 1 year.
Level 2 – "SILVER": It’s provided to Participants in the Program who, for a maximum period of 1 year, achieve a balance of points higher than 1001 points at the "BRONZE" level. The privileges at this level are:
• 10% discount when buying non-discounted items in the online store at www.axentbox.bg and/or the official stores of Marc O’Polo and ESPRIT;
• Maintaining the “SILVER” level for one year from the date of transition to the level;
• Participation in club events, including "VIP DAYS"* and "Private Sale"**;
• Subscription for e-newsletters and/or SMS;
• Free length adjustment when it does not change the style of the garment. It can be ordered only when purchased in the physical stores of the Organizer.
Upon reaching a balance of 4001 active points in the "SILVER" level for a maximum period of 1 year, the Client automatically moves up to the "GOLD" level.
With a balance between 1001 to 4000 active points in the "SILVER" level for a period of 1 year, the Client keeps the privileges at the "SILVER" level for another one year.
With a balance of up to 1000 active points in the "SILVER" level for a period of 1 year, the Client keeps his privileges from the "BRONZE" level.
Level 3 – "GOLD": It’s provided to Participants in the Program who, for a maximum period of 1 year, achieve a balance of more than 4000 points. The privileges at this level are:
• 20% discount when buying non-discounted items in the online store at www.axentbox.bg and/or in the official stores of Marc O’Polo and ESPRIT;
• Maintaining the "GOLD" level for one year from the date of transition to the level;
• Participation in club events, including "VIP DAYS"* and "Private Sale"**;
• Subscription for e-newsletters and/or SMS;
• Free length adjustment when it does not change the style of the garment. It can be ordered only when purchased in the physical stores of the Organizer.
By maintaining a balance of more than 4000 active points in the "GOLD" level for a period of 1 year, the Client keeps his privileges for a new period of 1 year.
With a balance between 1001 to 4000 active points in the "GOLD" level for a period of 1 year, the Client keeps the privileges at the "SILVER" level for another year.
With a balance between 1 to 1000 active points in the "GOLD" level for a period of 1 year, the Client keeps his privileges from the "BRONZE" level.
The Client joins the Program by filling in a Registration card, with which the Participant accepts the General Terms and conditions of the Program and allows the Organizer to collect, process and store the provided personal data in accordance with the LPPD. By accepting the General Terms and conditions of the Program, each Participant allows the Organizer to use the collected data for the purposes of the Program, marketing research, notification of news and sending promotional materials. The received data can be processed by the Organizer until the withdrawal of the Client's consent at his request.

Additional conditions:
The privileges granted are individual and cannot be used by third parties. In order to take advantage of the respective privileges, the Client must identify himself. If a club discount is used, it is valid for both cash and debit/credit card payments.
AxentBox has the right to block and cancel the Client's participation in the Program immediately and without notice if it is established that the personal data provided by the Client are incorrect or if it is established that the Client does not comply with these General Terms and Conditions.
* "VIP DAYS": Privilege of Clients in the Program to use a special discount when buying items from a new collection for a certain period of time at the beginning of the Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter season.
** "Private Sale": Privilege of the Clients in the Program to be the first to take advantage of a special discount before the start of the seasonal discounts.
