Returns

Do you want to return an entire order or just one product? IT IS NOT A PROBLEM!

You are allowed to return or exchange any item ordered from axentbox.bg withing 14 business days from the date of receipt. You are not required to specify a reason for the return. In the case of a defected product or a delivery mistake, return shipment will be free.

In this case, the client covers the return shipment costs

All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags (e.g., shoes should be returned with the original shoe box).

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).

As soon as your return has been received by our Customer Service, we will refund the full amount to your bank account. If you did not include your banking details (IBAN, Bic, Credit Institution and Name) with the returned goods, you can simply send them to us via email.

RETURN FOR OWN ACCOUNT - STEP BY STEP

1. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this.
2. Please send to us the item/s and a filled withdrawal form.
3. You must return or hand over the goods to us Axent Box: 1618 Sofia, 85 Bratia Bukston Blvd., 2nd floor, Apparel Management

REMEMBER:

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Please, don’t send to us a shipments „cash on delivery“- we don‘t have the technical ability to receive such a package.
