Certainly. Once your order has been finalized, we will send you a detailed confirmation by email, including all the information relating to your order.
It is not possible to manually combine two or more orders once they have been concluded, because the first order/orders are already being processed in the warehouse by the time the next order/orders go through. We do not want to delay the processing of orders, because we want to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, you cannot add Items to an already created order. You need to make a new order containing the additional items.
Unfortunately, an order that has already been concluded cannot be cancelled. We process each concluded order without delay, because we naturally want to send you the items you have chosen as quickly as possible. However, if you do decide that you no longer want the order you have concluded, you can simply return the goods once you receive them. You will find the RETURN FORM in your package.

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the goods. They are added to the total price prior to placing the order:
Collection at a store – FREE
Standard delivery to address costs – 5 (five) BGN incl. VAT
Standard Delivery office Speedy costs - 7 (seven) BGN incl. VAT
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.
Delivery will take 1 to 2 business days after the order has shipped.
During checkout, you may select a shipping address that is different from your billing address. Please ensure that you or an authorized representative is able to receive the delivery.
To ensure the safe delivery of your products, AxentBox Store recommends that you or an authorized representative is able to receive the delivery.
Your submitted order is sent to our warehouse for shipping immediately so we are unable to amend your order. If your package could not be successfully delivered, it will be returned to the warehouse and a credit will be made to your payment method.
On the day of the delivery, then you will receive a text message, which will specify delivery details. If nobody is available when the parcel is delivered, the courier will contact you to rearrange delivery. AxentBox cannot guarantee same day delivery, in the case of rearranged delivery.
Normally, your order should be delivered to the address you have given within 7 work days. If you are still waiting for your package five work days after confirmation of your order, please first check the following:
- The delivery status, using the tracking number that was sent to you via email.
- Whether the address you gave was correct.
- Whether a neighbor has accepted the package on your behalf.
- Whether the package is waiting for you at your nearest post office.

WEB SECURITY & PAYMENTS
We ensure high security of data on our AxentBox Online Store. All credit and debit card transactions are processed by “ePay and its group companies”, a secure online gateway that will be responsible for holding and handling information related to your payment details. In addition, your bank details are sent to our server using SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer) and transferred to a completely secure environment.
You can pay for your goods in various ways as set out below:
c. Cash on delivery – Currently the service is valid only for Bulgaria. With this option, the client pays cash to the currier when the order is delivered
d. Credit or debit cards - We accept Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, and Maestro. For this purpose, a direct connection with an ePay terminal is used.
Your credit card could have been declined for one of the following reasons:
- The card may be expired. Check that your card is still valid.
- You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.
- You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You are allowed to return any item ordered from fashionbox.bg withing 14 working days from the date of receipt. Return for own account – step by step:
I. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e.-mail). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this.
II. Please send to us the item/s and a filled withdrawal form.
III. You must return or hand over the goods to us AxentBox: 85 Bratia Bukston Blv, 1618 Sofia, Bulgaria
You must to return the item to us. You can make this following the steps described in our Return and Replacement Policy. After that you can make a new order.

Returns and exchanges of underwear and swimwear bottoms are not accepted.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Generally, a bank transfer takes 14 working days to appear back in your account.
As soon as your return has been received by our Customer Service, we will refund the full amount to your bank account. If you did not include your banking details (IBAN, Bic, Credit Institution and Name) with the returned goods, you can simply send them to us via email.
Unfortunately, due to technical reasons, the exchange of goods from the Online Shop is not possible in local retail stores. Returning of goods that were bought from the Fashion Box Online. You will find the RETURN FORM in your package. If you have lost the form, you can request a new slip from here. You have to return all items that were by online on the address: 85 Bratia Bukston Blv, 1618 Sofia, Bulgaria
Unfortunately we are unable accept returns for goods purchased in a Retail Store. We suggest you to bring your faulty item back to the Store where you purchased it. Returns, refunds and exchanges are processed at the discretion of the store.
Generally, a return can take up to 10 work days to process. As soon as we have received the return, you will be informed via email. Should our email not reach you within a reasonable timespan, please track your package by entering the tracking number, or alternatively, contact our Customer Service.
