Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.
You can visit www.axentbox.bg 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order. Log in to your account to see a summary of your past orders. There you'll see your order number, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking information for items that have shipped.
Shipping and delivery estimates:
The delivery to address is up to 7 /seven/ business days, from the day following the day of publication of the shipment through the courier company “Speedy”. Possible delivery options are:
a) To the address indicated by the Buyer;
b) To the office of the courier company.
After receiving the confirmation from the Buyer, the possible options and terms of delivery are:
a) To address - up to 7 working days from the day following the publication of the shipment;
b) Delivery to SPEEDY's office specified by the Buyer;
c) If we are unable to meet the delivery period due to reasons beyond our control (lack of delivery by the courier company), we will inform you without undue delay, specifying a new delivery date.
If you have placed several orders with different dates, you may receive separate shipments.
For security reasons, we do not deliver to a mailbox.
On the day of delivery you will receive an SMS mentioning the bill of lading and the amount you have to pay if it is cash on delivery. In case the courier does not find the delivery person at the specified address, the courier will contact him at the specified phone number to specify a new day and time of delivery. In the event that the courier fails to contact the delivery person, the courier will store the shipment at the nearest Speedy office to the delivery address. AxentBox cannot guarantee same-day delivery if you have already visited it once.
The price of the goods does not include the cost of delivery. It is charged additionally as follows:
a) Delivery to address – BGN 7 (seven) incl. VAT.
b) Delivery to the office of the courier company – BGN 5 (five) incl. VAT.
Free shipping is offered on cart value above BGN 200 /two hundred/. Proof of purchase (receipt or VAT invoice) and a replacement/ return form are attached to each item sent.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Once your order is delivered to the supplier company, you will receive an email to confirm the shipment. Delivery will take 1 to 2 working days.
During checkout, you will be able to set a delivery address other than the invoice address. Please make sure that you or an authorized representative will be at the address to receive the shipment.
To ensure the safe delivery of your order, AxentBox recommends that you or a person authorized by you are able to receive the delivery.
When you place an order, it immediately goes to our warehouse, where the deliveries are made, so you cannot change the originally submitted delivery address. If you still entered an invalid address by mistake, please contact our Customer Service Department at the telephone numbers (email) listed on the site. If your order cannot be delivered successfully for reasons beyond our control, it will be returned to our warehouse, which means that the distance purchase contract will be canceled.
